Terms of Use (English)

By using Haunt Diary you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. Browsing needs no account; posting, "me too", reporting and blocking require signing in with Apple, Google or LINE.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anyone's identifying personal information, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or graphically violent content, impersonation, spam or infringing material. Alluding to real people is at your own legal risk. Every story can be reported and every author blocked; we act on reports within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, suspending the account. Content with several reports is hidden automatically pending review. To appeal a removal or suspension, email us with your alias and the story title.

You keep the rights to your stories and license us to host and display them in the service. AI-generated scripts and images may be inaccurate; review before publishing. Browsing and interacting are free; creating uses credits, priced from the actual AI cost and shown before you generate, with failed or unused generations refunded. New accounts get credits for one 4-panel story. Credits are App Store consumables: non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, refunded only through Apple (refunded purchases are deducted), and forfeited when you delete your account. Provided "as is"; governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Contact: gckenny@gmail.com.
