常見問題
用不同方式登入，會變成兩個帳號嗎？
Apple 與 Google 使用相同且已驗證的 Email 時會自動合併。其他情況（例如 LINE）可以在「設定 → 綁定」親自登入一次來綁定或合併。登入畫面也會標示你上次使用的方式。
點數怎麼算？
瀏覽免費，創作才用點數。點數依 AI 實際成本計算，4 格約 16 點；創作前會先顯示所需點數，失敗會自動退回。新帳號送 150 點（約 3 篇 12 格）；週排行、月排行前幾名另外送點。點數在「我的 → 點數」加值與查看明細。
素材庫放什麼？
你上傳的照片、PDF、文字筆記，以及 AI 畫好的每一格，都會存在素材庫，只有你看得到。創作時可以把角色圖、文字段落帶入，讓角色在不同篇保持一致。每個帳號 1 GB。
買了點數沒入帳？
請確認登入的是購買時的帳號，然後重新開啟 App，未入帳的交易會自動補上。仍有問題請來信並附上 App Store 收據。
出現「無法驗證這台裝置」？
請更新到最新版 App，並確認從 App Store 或 TestFlight 安裝。越獄或改造過的裝置無法使用生成功能。
看到有人被肉搜或被攻擊的內容怎麼辦？
在故事上按「檢舉」，或封鎖作者。我們會在 24 小時內處理。緊急情況請直接來信。
如何刪除帳號？
「我的 → 設定 → 刪除帳號」。登入資料與素材庫立即刪除，剩餘點數失效，發佈過的故事從動態牆隱藏。要完全刪除已發佈內容請來信。

Accounts with the same provider-verified Apple / Google email merge automatically; link other methods (such as LINE) under Settings. Browsing is free; creating uses credits priced from the actual AI cost (about 16 for 4 panels), shown before you generate and refunded on failure — top up under Me → Credits. Your asset library (uploads and generated panels, 1 GB) is private and reusable across stories. "Can't verify this device" means the install couldn't pass Apple App Attest — update the app and install it from the App Store or TestFlight. Report or block from any story; we act within 24 hours. Delete your account in Me → Settings → Delete Account (assets deleted, credits forfeited). Email gckenny@gmail.com.
