鬼事通（以下稱「本 App」）讓你把親身遭遇改編成漫畫並與他人分享。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、為什麼收集、交給誰處理，以及你如何刪除。
我們收集的資料

我們不收集
- 廣告識別碼（IDFA），也不做跨 App 追蹤
- 位置、通訊錄、照片圖庫、健康資料
- 付款資訊（購買點數由 Apple 處理，我們只收到 Apple 簽署的交易紀錄）
處理資料的第三方
- Cloudflare：伺服器、素材檔案儲存（R2）。
- Supabase：資料庫，位於日本東京。
- OpenAI：依去識別化後的文字產生腳本與圖片，並做內容安全檢查（偵測仇恨、騷擾、色情等）。依其 API 政策，API 資料不用於訓練模型。
- Apple、Google、LINE：你選擇的登入方式。
我們不出售你的資料，也不提供給廣告商。
公開的內容
你發佈的故事會以隨機暱稱公開顯示。請勿在故事中寫入他人可辨識的個資；自動遮蔽只能攔截明確格式的資料（如電話、Email），無法辨識所有可識別資訊。
刪除帳號與資料
在 App 內「我的 → 設定 → 刪除帳號」可隨時刪除帳號：所有登入方式、登入資料與素材庫內容會立即刪除，剩餘點數一併失效，你發佈的故事會從動態牆隱藏。為了防止重複領取新帳號贈點，我們只保留登入識別碼的不可逆雜湊值（不含 email、姓名），無法用來識別你。如需完全刪除已發佈的內容，請來信 gckenny@gmail.com，我們會在 30 天內處理。
保存期間
為配合司法機關依法調查，被檢舉或被下架內容的相關紀錄（發文帳號、時間與內容）最長保存 180 天後刪除。每日使用次數保存 30 天。
年齡限制
本 App 含使用者生成的內容與恐怖題材，App Store 分級為 17+，未滿 17 歲請勿使用。我們不會在知情的情況下收集未成年人的資料。

Privacy Policy (English)
Haunt Diary turns your real-life encounters into comics you can share. We collect: the account identifier, and the email and name when your sign-in provider (Apple, Google or LINE) supplies them — used to identify your account and to link accounts that share a provider-verified email, never shown publicly; a random public alias; the story text you enter, which our server strips of obvious personal data (phone numbers, emails, ID numbers) before sending it to OpenAI to generate the script and images; the stories you publish, "me too"s, reports and blocks; Apple App Attest key data to confirm requests come from the genuine app; your asset library (images, PDFs and text notes you upload or generate, visible only to you); your credit ledger and App Store transaction ids; and daily usage counts (kept 30 days) for abuse and cost limits.
Published stories (de-identified text, the AI-generated script and images) and your "me too"s, reports and blocks are stored linked to your account; OpenAI also screens text for safety (hate, harassment, sexual content). Records of reported or removed content (account, time, content) are kept up to 180 days for lawful requests, then deleted.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, your photo library or health data, and we do not track you across apps. Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage), Supabase (database, Tokyo, Japan), OpenAI (generation; API data is not used for training under its API policy), Apple (payments) and Apple / Google / LINE (sign-in). We never sell your data.
Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete Account: sign-in data, linked methods and your asset library are deleted immediately, remaining credits are forfeited, and your published stories are hidden from the feed. To have published content removed entirely, email gckenny@gmail.com; we act within 30 days. Rated 17+; not intended for minors.
